Privacy policy

This site is for business buyers. We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry: your name, company, email, country, phone number (optional), what you are interested in, quantity, your message, and the product you were viewing. We also store your IP address and browser details for a short time to stop spam and abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and send samples. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Where it is stored

Inquiries are stored in our database on Cloudflare and emailed to our sales mailbox. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are a person.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Inquiries that do not become an order are deleted after 24 months, and the IP address and browser details stored with an inquiry are deleted after 90 days.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our security provider, Cloudflare, may set a small technical cookie to protect the site from bots. It is not used to track you.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data. Email privacy@jacketsuiting.com.
