Wholesale terms

JacketSuiting sells to businesses only: retailers, boutiques, brands and resellers. We do not sell to consumers online. This page explains how a wholesale order works.

Minimum orders

Each product listing shows its minimum order quantity (MOQ). It is typically 15 pieces for large items such as jackets and coats and 100 pieces for small items such as wallets and belts. You can mix styles and categories in one order. Sizes available: 2XS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 4XL.

Samples

You can order 1 sample before you commit to a larger order. The sample price is shown on each product listing. Samples ship on the same EXW terms as orders (see Shipping and duties).

Prices and quotes

Prices are quoted in US dollars per piece for the quantity and options you request. A quote is valid for 30 days. Send an inquiry with the styles, sizes and quantities you want and we reply with a quote.

Payment

Payment is 100% in advance. We accept bank transfer and Payoneer. We start preparing your order when payment is received.

Production and lead time

The standard lead time is 15 days from payment. Many products are ready stock. Private label and special requests are confirmed in your quote.

Private label

We can add your labels, tags and packaging. Artwork approval and minimums for private label are confirmed in the quote.

Shipping and duties

We sell EXW (ex works) from our warehouse. You arrange and pay for freight and insurance, and you pay import duties and taxes in your country. We hand the goods to your carrier or forwarder. We work with buyers in any country.

Inspection, defects and returns

Please inspect the goods on arrival. Report any defect, damage or wrong item within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number. We handle each case individually and agree the remedy with you. If you ask for a refund, you send the goods back at your own cost and we refund the cost of the product only (not shipping, duties or taxes). Goods made to your specification (private label) are not returnable except for defects.
